Best. Present. EVER!
One year for Christmas, I got a Himalayan kitten. That was pretty sweet. And once I got a pair of Smurf skates that strapped on over my shoes. Jealous? Thought so.
But the present I got from my husband last Christmas was the most spectacular gift of all. It trumps the kitten, the skates ... even the bright-green vinyl beanbag I got when I was ten (sorry, Mom ... er, Santa).
Wanna know what it was?
... This.
As far as Christmas gifts go, Curtis will never top that one. And frankly? I don't want him to try.
Three boys is enough. I'll settle for a sweater or something. :)

Yep ... he may have been born in September, but our little Coby was conceived somewhere between Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. *bow chicka wow wow* (I'll wait as you try to erase the mental image. You're welcome.)

ReplyDeleteAwwwwwww! That is soooo SWEET! And yeah, just a little bit TMI - but still sweet!
ReplyDeleteYup, that is pretty much the perfect gift.
ReplyDeleteAll I wanted this year (and the year I got pregnant w/my daughter) was to be pregnant for Christmas. He did it right, twice. What a great guy!
ReplyDelete(granted no one is supposed to know I'm pregnant yet...)
My son was conceived on Christmas Day, too.
ReplyDeleteLittle stinkers.
Awwww! He sure is a cutie! My 4th boy (yes, I'm crazy) was also born in September and conceived close to Christmas of last year. He is definitely my best Christmas present ever, too!
ReplyDeletewell if you have another one, send it my way! three boys must be a handful! :)
ReplyDeleteI feel dirty.
ReplyDeleteYes, he's definitely a keeper! Oddly enough, his mother was sort of a Christmas present, too. The first time I had morning sickness when I was pregnant with you was Christmas morning, 1979. I was busy barfing while your siblings were waiting impatiently to open their presents! LOL
ReplyDeleteSUCH a cutie babe!!!

PS - Thanks for the image - NOT!
How sweet.
ReplyDeleteDang, you had strength to do the deed on Christmas?? I was so exhausted by the end of that night. The entire day passed by in a blur of wrapping paper, ham and twisty ties and by the end of it I just wanted to sleep.
Yeah no more babies for Christmas thanks Santa! Oh heck, forgot to take the pill...woopsy.
ReplyDeleteHopping over from SITS :)
ReplyDeleteThat is an incredible Christmas present! Our son was born 12/11/07, and that same year hubby proposed to me on Christmas day - so I got two awesome gifts!
Definitely the best Christmas gift ever!!! Good for you and your Christmas Eve fun!
ReplyDeleteA-DORable. Hurray for most excellent Christmas gifts!
ReplyDeleteJust a sweater? Dream bigger, honey! You need a SPA DAY!!!
ReplyDeleteYes I remember standing in the room & you telling (um, pointing) Bets & I that's where Coby was conceived - thanks! LOL
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! Def. a great present!
